I completed “you do your worst” and this banner in a total of 2h 55mins on foot but I was not hanging about. There are some missions which you’ll probably want to do during the daytime as they might be a bit unpleasant in evening or at night.
Took me 1h 15. I wish the first few missions were hack in order, as it can result in you going awkwardly out the way for the next mission.
Irish famine portal is used in mission 3 and 4, resulting in a heatsink used or waiting.
Construction work by the Queensway tunnel/dale street made some portal awkward to get to, but still possible.
The banner looks excellent though.
Short and sweet banner that looks good. A buggy prime scanner made it tricky to follow some missions, but it took 37 minutes. Without those issues, and knowing the way around the museum grounds, this could be done in 30 minutes I reckon.
This banner was fine, pretty well routed, and looks good. I hit a snag on mission 27 where for an inexplicable reason I could not hack the “Albion House world heritage plaque”. I could deploy on it, link from it, but hacking it on prime or redacted just gave a scanner communication error. After 25 minutes of trying, I had to abort that mission and filled the gap with a different mission. Frustrating as hell as after completing that, I could successfully hack the offending portal! Niantic issue rather than the banner author.
Anyway, a bunch of the missions still refer to London. And waypoints are lame. It took me 2h 50 minutes, but with a glitchy scanner. It could be done in 2h30m.
It’s quick to do. It does not hack all the portals available though, likely as so many have been added since this was made. It is 24h, the portals in the park should be reachable from the pavement when it is closed at night.
Done in August 2019, previous comments still apply. Bandstand was just reachable from the fencing in one spot. Just out of reach otherwise. The first mission is quite haphazard routing. It got better. Waypoints are dull, but the banner is lovely. It took me 1h40m walking briskly but with a 10 minute sit down and glyph hacking stuff.
This took under 2 hours on foot. Cargressers will need to walk. It keeps you away from most of the busiest roads, and later missions may have you hack portals done earlier to helpfully steer you on your way for the next leg. A decent mission. Reasonably sure it could be 24/7 but lighting in some areas could pose a problem at night.
A couple steep gradients on the paths and a couple portals that you may struggle to reach from the path in the park may mean going into grass.
