Roma Street Flowers
   01-05-2019 15:55
A very pleasant wander through a lovely park. I did this in the early evening as the feature lighting came on, which was pretty special.
This set might be a little challenging for people with mobility issues, as the route does involve a few stairs.

Journey to Hobbiton
   26-02-2019 9:26
It was a long trip to Hobbiton, but an enjoyable one. The banner took us about 6 hours to complete. The route was relatively straight-forward, deviating from the road to Matamata on a small number of occasions. We did have a few data issues in a couple of the later missions (Vodafone, in particular, required huge amounts of patience in places). But the banner was a lot of fun and looks great on my scanner.

Wagga Wagga
   24-11-2018 5:32
A very enjoyable walk around Wagga, well routed and comprehensive in its coverage of the portals in the central area of town. I appreciated the circular route, which took us back to the start point (where we had parked the car).

Expanded Coin Banner
   29-09-2018 1:10
A collection of individual missions that have been up for years, which have been brought together to form a set of no particular theme or merit. Expect to miss a large number of portals, as the Ingress landscape has changed significantly in the 3 or more years since these missions were first created.

Enlighten Canberra
   22-09-2018 14:23
This mission set explores the proposed playbox for the upcoming Recursion anomaly in Canberra. It took me around 5.5 hours to complete, doing mostly single deploys and simple hacks. I did this set in two sessions, taking a break after mission 18, which worked well.
The route through Civic, Braddon and New Acton flowed nicely. Some of the ANU missions were a bit confused by the building works, but proposed edits should fix the main issues that I had, especially in mission 20.
An enjoyable set, and a great way for visitors to Canberra to make sure that they get (almost) every UPV available in the anomaly playbox.

Jubilee Bridge Sunrise Art
   27-08-2018 9:21
The first half of this mission set was great. But the author seemed to lose direction from about mission 15, resulting in a fair bit of backtracking and revisits to the same areas. The missions in Raffles Place presented real drift problems. However, the resulting banner is lovely and walking around the bay is very pleasant.

Gardens by the Bay
   25-08-2018 2:56
A really enjoyable walk through a beautiful garden. We completed it in around 2.5 hours, including a satay break. The route was a little confusing at the outset, but settled into its stride after the first few missions and flowed well from there. The lovely banner was icing on the cake.

Timey Wimey
   24-08-2018 7:25
What a wonderful set. Well routed, it took us through some really interesting parts of town. A word of warning, though ... restoration work at Raffles makes one portal in mission 10 very difficult to access, requiring loads of patience and very lucky drift. That aside, highly recommended.

Singapore Helix Bridge Night
   23-08-2018 17:43
Disappointingly, mission 23 is currently (as at 23/8/18) not able to be completed as two portals are inaccessible due to construction work.
The set was, until that point, an enjoyable walk around the inner city area with only a few drift issues to contend with.

Battle of Hastings 1066
   14-08-2018 22:10
A very enjoyable walk through Hastings Old Town, which took us just over an hour to complete. A well thought out route through the more interesting parts of town.

Sheppey Sheep
   13-08-2018 22:27
Not a set for the faint hearted! The roads on the Isle of Sheppey are narrow and some are little more than tracks. The set required driving and walking. Both could be tricky in places during wet weather, so plan to do this set on a fine day. Data can be an issue in places. The first portal is on the smaller of the two bridges onto the island, so be prepared. That said, this was an enjoyable tour of the island with a great little banner at the end.

Canterbury Cathedral II
   13-08-2018 21:01
In a city in which mission sets seem to come and go like summer mist, it was great to be able to do a set which took me on an enjoyable tour of Canterbury and which rewarded with a banner of the Cathedral when I was done.
You can't really rush this set, as Canterbury data signal can be slow, but, really, an ambling pace is the best way to take in the sights of this lovely city. As mentioned below, first mission is behind a paywall, but we planned to visit the Cathedral anyway so weren't bothered by this.
A great set for visitors to Cambridge.

Cambridge Skyline
   04-08-2018 20:43
This is a great set. The route was well thought-out and, even on a very busy Saturday, it was pretty quick and easy to do. And the banner looks fantastic.

York
   31-07-2018 9:40
A fantastic set. Gorgeous banner, sensible route through beautiful locations - what's not to like?

Durham Dash
   31-07-2018 9:35
We enjoyed this tour of Durham. Some of the routing choices in the earlier missions were ... interesting, but the author seemed to find their rhythm from about mission 5 and the rest of the set flowed well. We equally enjoyed the last few missions. Durham is hilly and the paths can be uneven, so this set was a bit of a workout, but very much worth it for the lovely places to which the missions took us.

Ripon Banner Mission
   28-07-2018 9:47
We really enjoyed this set. Ripon is a lovely little City, and this is a generally well-routed tour of the central area. There were a couple of double backs, so watch the hacking, but these were understandable in terms of the overall flow of the set. Highly recommended.

Wren s Churches
   18-07-2018 10:09
We really enjoyed this set, especially as we also did it on a Sunday so could enjoy the church bells and quieter City streets. Visiting the Wren churches, from the splendour of St Paul's to the peace and beauty of the gardens at St Dunstan-in-the-East, made for a really lovely ingress-cum-tourist day out. We also needed a few heat sinks due to some ordering issues, but no more than when doing other city- located sets.

Postcard form London
   17-07-2018 14:57
A fantastic banner for those new to London. We did struggle for data in a few spots due to the huge numbers of people around, which did slow us up, but the route was well thought out as a tour of the main tourist spots of Central London.

North Bank Wander
   17-07-2018 14:53
A really enjoyable little set. We initially missed the entry to the Embankment Gardens, so had to backtrack a bit. Being touristy types, we opted for the views over speed, so had to cross the road a couple of times, but still completed the set pretty quickly.

Hampton Court
   17-07-2018 14:39
I had high hopes for this set. And much of it was very enjoyable. But locked gates, back-tracking and some route confusion made a couple of the missions a real pest (mission 5, in particular, comes to mind). Some re-routing could make this into the great set it has the potential to be.

Gang-gang Cockatoo
   21-06-2018 10:36
A fairly quick walk around the Botanic Gardens and part of the ANU. Took me 1 hour and 15 minutes on foot. Not 24/7 - restricted to ANBG opening hours. Walking mission set only.
