These were my walking times for the 150 banner. Driving seemed like it would work for most of this banner, except for mission 126 which goes against the one-way streets & mission 140 which passes through a park. Technically 24/7, would just need to go around the block to hit the mission portals on the other side of the park.
Walking Times (approx.)
1-15: 4h | 16-20: 2h | 21-24: 1h
25-29: 3h10m | 30-36: 1h30m
I think it's 24/7 but really???
Things for EVERYONE to know
In general use Google Maps biking layer to see the paths to take. And constantly look back at the map to keep yourself tracked.
Mission 19: To reach portal 9, stay on the river walkway and do not go back to the streets, cannot reach the portal from the other side of the highway.
Mission 22: Right after portal 2 on E135th, to the right there is a bike overpass to the river. Otherwise can go on the Madison Ave Bridge to reach the portals then go back.
Mission 24: To reach the first portal, keep to the left side and stay on the upper path. From the bridge intersection you can cross to the other side and hack the portal, them stay on the upper path down 155th to avoid stairs.
Mission 25: The only way to reach the next portals is stay on the right side of the driveway, and at the end of the block can transfer to a narrow walkway to reach the river.
Mission 28: Need to stay on the Greenway to reach the portals, right at the start there is a path that leads to the walkway.
Just over 1.5 hours walking.
Some weird routing of portals in some missions, also has lots of capture/upgrade and overlapping portals between missions so bring like a dozen or two heatsinks to reset hack times for speed.
Updated info from Aug 2019, the last ferry out from GI is at 6pm from Mon-Fri, and the bottom half of the island closes at 5pm. This means you need to do missions 16/17 before 5pm, otherwise the staff will stop you from entering that area.
Part 1 (1-11): 1h25m walking
Part 2 (12-18): 50m walking + 40m MTA + 27m walking
Total: 3h22m (+time between parts)
The layout for missions 8-11 are terrible, weird detour for 8 where there are capture/upgrade waypoints so be careful for that. Mission 10 has that one portal just not in line with the others, and it's just efficient to leave that for last on the way to 11. 11 has enough portals/waypoints in the area to have a 12th mission to end the row, but that's just my annoyance since splitting it into 2 days.
Mission 16 has 2 portals stuck behind construction, can barely hit the portals from the edges with drift if lucky.
"Road & sidewalk closure E47th at between park Ave & Vanderbilt Ave will be closed 10pm-6am 6/19/19 - 7/26/19"
Road was under construction even not during these times so be careful
Did it by foot, around 1h15m with little GPS problems walking fairly slowly so should be faster if walking fast.
1-5, 9, 19, 20, 24 have no starting portal b/c unavailable so don't get confused looking at the map, open the missions tab
Not 24/7 b/c WTC memorials close at night
